Brandon Starc drops just tiny in Rio high jump final after scaling the heights in earlier round

Australian high jumper Bradon Starc was not able to repeat his show up performance from the semi-finals in the final of the event.

Starc produced a consent of 2.29m in the previous round but, on Olympic first appearance, could only leap cleanly over 2.20m on his second attempt, rolling out when the bar was raised to 2.25m.
